For students that need extended care before and/or after the academy day.

Program Rates

You may choose Before Care, After Care or both. The Before Care program runs from 7:00 am – 9:30 am and the After Care program runs from dismissal at 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm. This can be paid for through your Step Up for Students ESA as an Enrichment.

Late Pickup-Fees

Parents that are late picking up their student(s) will be subject to the following fees:
• 1 – 15 minutes late: $15.00
• 16 – 30 minutes late: $30.00
• 31 – 45 minutes late: $45.00
• 46 – 60 minutes late: $60.00
• 61+ minutes late: $75 plus $15 for every quarter-hour and authorities called to pick-up student.
All charges are per scholar. Sibling discounts do not apply to late fees. Repeated late pick-ups will jeopardize a scholar’s ability to participate in the program and extended day activities.

Payment Information

All payments must be made by check. Payments are due by the first of each month. NO CHILD WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR CARE IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED IN ADVANCE. Extra fees may be charged for special events or enrichment services provided by outside vendors. These will be optional.

• Late payment: A late payment fee of $25.00 will be charged to any account with an outstanding balance on the 15^th of the month.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued upon students’ withdrawal from the school if excess payment has been made. One-week notice is required when withdrawing a student.

Register for Before or After Care

An annual registration form is required. Each year a new non-refundable registration fee is required of $32.00 per child or $50.00 per family. If registration is completed by August 1st, the registration fee will be waived. An annual registration form and fee is required for drop-ins as well. If you decide to register, please download and complete the Annual Registration Form. If necessary, you can use the “Reset Form” button in the upper right to reset the form, so you can start with a cleared form.
